Welp, I've just been banned, too. On [B]both[/B] accounts. One of them was a standard account (not premium), and I only used it to check if SB accounts were deactivated or if I was blocked. Well, I spoke too soon. Had the account set up and paid for 30 days with a pre-paid card. Was using it, but had not had any correspondence with anyone yet, other than sending an initial hello message that was "Hi, how are you? Happy New Year" and the account was suspended and I got a note it's for soliciting. I've sent a message to customer service to see why. I used a new email address and all. Only thing I can figure is that it's IP address or photo. I used a different photo so not sure that would of put up a flag. This is crazy. Think I'm done with Seeking. Tired of messing with them. You have to use a new internet browser, Fire fox or get a new cell phone and different pictures.

How would using a different internet browser change things? They're response to me was that based on info in the profile they associated the account with my previous account. Had to be the photo. I used a different photo though. Crazy to think they are being this detailed about things. If I set up another account, I'm going to find a photo online that looks similar to me and use that LOL.

If your VPN was working then they're identifying you some other way. Try running your browser in private or incognito mode, or if not, clearing your cookies. They might be flagging you that way.

It's much harder for websites to detect you are running a VPN if you are running TCP through an obfuscated server. I know NORD supports this.
