From the bits i've learned, you'll not have much luck with the housekeeping staff. If caught, that would be immediate firing, and given how much they value their job, not to mention today's economy, i doubt many would chance it. Drink girls do better than you think, but damn, talk about hard work for these hotties! Those drink trays aren't light...

Many of these girls are so stupid they risk their jobs to steal food and even condiments from the employee dining room. So I would think they would risk their job for some cash.
Cocktail waitresses, highly unlikely. These girls dress skimpy and give away free alcohol how can they not make bank? In a shit-hole casino they probably make 40k per year and in the major strip casinos they easily make 100k and I know one that pushes 200k a year so unless you are a 5k per hand player then there are not going to give you the time of day. The hottest hookers in the city will cost you less than a cocktail waitress.
I have occasionally seen dealers hookup with guests but again they get paid fairly well (in strip casinos) so a big bankroll helps. Offering to take one to an expensive show might work to lure her out of the casino for a date.
A word of advice for picking up CG's. Some of them aren't even hookers, they are what we call "chip hustlers". They may approach you at a Blackjack table or other if they see alot of chips in front of you. They usually hang out nearby cheering you on hoping you will give them some chips so they can play with you. These girls are the lowest of Vegas scum. They have no intentions of putting out, They just want someone to feed their gambling habit. They usually dress and look just like working girls.
The real CG's may have a similar approach but will generally try to get you away from the table to take care of business then she can move on to the next.
If you suspect a girl of being a chip hustler all you have to do is tell the pit manager that she asked you for money and she will be tossed out on her ass. These girls ruin it for the real CG's.
During some construction, we sometimes found almost finished rooms with rumpled beds and used condoms; also found a few used condoms in the fire stairwells. Suspected, but unable to prove, it was employees.
The risk in doing one in your room is, your door lock is a mini computer that records every time the door is opened and closed, and records every key used to open the door, including Housekeeping staff.
All staff with master card keys sign out their key, and its registered to them for the shift.
Housekeeping is NOT allowed to be in a room with the door closed. They use their card to open the door then block it open. The computer records the amount of time the door is propped open.
You would have to talk one into entering your room using your key, rather than hoping one coming in to clean your room gives 'extras', plus she would have to hope when she exits an employee is not passing by (or your room is near a camera).
Cocktail waitresses and the female 'hot pit' dealers do make good bank, but more importantly, they hear and get so much shit from tourists it just isn't going to happen (you should hear what they have to say....).
Scoring with the latter would be more of a personality than $$$ deal. I haven't, as yet, heard of any 'working' on the side, but you might be surprised how far a little respect and consideration will get you!

Both ladies looked as they were dressed to go to a club. Both in their early 20's polite and talkative. $$ more than I want to pay, but got me an nice time that was not rushed, and she seemed eager to please. Cheaper than the incall girls (quote was $$95, and this way I knew what I was getting) The night before ended up picking a lady up early 30'ish for $ 1/2. More business like polite talkative but nothing to complain about. Just probably been working longer.

I'll be back in LV next month and while there, a buddy and I are considering checking out Rehab at the HRH. We are looking into getting a cabana and debating on whether or not to find company ahead of time. We figure there are plenty of women walking around, but any that stop by would probably be looking for free drinks. OTOH, any companions secured ahead of time would be able to accompany us the entire time we are there.
Has anyone spent a Sunday afternoon there? How were the rates for cabanas? Did you meet someone there or bring your companions with you? Are there many women looking for company? Is it just nice scenery or is there more to it? Are any providers there looking for business?
Any suggestions and/or recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cabanas are between $1000 and $4000 depending on the size on Sundays. There are also minimum bottle services fees. Uninvited guests will cruise through your area because the place is too crowded. There are plenty of women there - I would estimate at least 90% are working. The HR is known to hire strippers to spend the day at the pool. You will also find lots of independent working girls as well as dozens of pimps watching out for their girls.
Unless you are a really hot looking dude I wouldn't expect to find any girls interested in free drinks that will hang out after the afternoon. Sure you can find lots of fine young girls that will hang out and drink your liquor - but they will move on to the next cabana if you don't keep buying bottles.

If that many women in attendance are providers, then there must be plenty of offers. However, I'd guess the quotes you'd get in a cabana would be rather high.

I would say that you are better off picking up civilians. There are plenty of girls around here who are will to go out clubbing and having all their drinks paid for.

You don't need an agency. Girls wander through the VIP areas of all the clubs looking to party. They'll just plop down at your both, you don't have to do anything. If you get a bunch of losers, call the bouncer over and he will throw em out. (Heh! Now that's fun! Man deserves a little respect!) For newbie's
I definitely do not want to scare away any lurkers or newbies from posting so here are a few pointers. As always, being a lazy SOB, I have stolen/borrowed this advice outright from other trusted senior members.
Wolfe.
1. RTFF (Read The Fucking Forum). Definitely read forum rules. Also, read the general FAQ. Read back in the forum discussing your areas of interest for 3-6 months. A year is better. This basic research will be pure gold for you.
2. Your first post can be an introduction, but it's much better to come bearing gifts in the form of fresh intel or a good field report.
3. Don't post as seniors do until you are a senior. Sure, we joke around, but we've also earned the right to do so. Jackson did not upgrade to senior automatically and then did not upgrade to unmoderated senior. Jackson is doing a great job. New member whose first 6 posts were all argumentative are banned.
4. Report more and ask less. It's so easy to analyze a newbies posts with the forum's search function, even if you ask stupid questions in Bumfuck to drive up your post count, we'll know it. As you RTFF, you'll see what qualifies as a stupid newbie question. Be a smart newbie.
5. 0-to-low-post-count newbies that PM seniors for backchannel intel will earn scorn and possibly a public flogging.
6. Be literate. Spelling is important, as is proper grammar. Paragraph breaks ease readability. If you want to be read, write readably.
7. Be entertaining. Being an asshole is the opposite of being entertaining.
8. Everbody is unique -- just like everyone else. By this I mean that, while it's all ultimately about nook and in it's most basic form it's insert-generic-tab-A-into-generic-slot-B, the most successful and popular posters bring that extra special individual something to their writing and field reports. Here, in these hallowed fora, you may find your literary voice in a way that you haven't elsewhere. Part of our local culture is to heartily encourage this. So express yourself!
9. All newbies are vetted and to a certain extent hazed. If you've done your homework and just read that sentence, you won't get all pissed off when it happens. You may, if you begin to gain some positive credibility, be asked out for a beer or coffee by a senior. With notably rare exceptions, the only path to true acceptance and credibility here is through an initial face to face meeting.
Personally, I have been invited on several occasions but I am not into crowded parties. I had foursome and three some (me and to other girls). This is to thank those who invited me and to let them know it's nothing personal.
10. Many of us seniors take these boards very seriously and defend them against ass clowns, takers, and LEO.
11. The more you give, the more you get.
12. This hobby = playing with fire. If you seriously fuck up you will get yourself hurt or killed, hurt or kill those you've been with and those they've been with, and hurt or kill those you love.
13. Earn our trust.
14. Get yourself tested regularly and anonymously at a free clinic.
