It seems we went thru this a month or so ago. Mongers complaining about lousy service and tip-hungry providers. In the end, nothing was solved. There are always going to be the mongers complaing that the girls make too much money (That's a laugh) and the girls complain that the guys are rude and smelly (Probably true),

Personally, I would not want to be doing the job the girls do. I DON'T believe they make all that much money and they DO put in some long hours with no perks other than the privilege of getting our rocks off. And I also believe that some of the girls are just a tad bit money hungry. A waiter or waitress doesn't ask how much of a tip your going to leave before taking your order. If a girls does ask, then ask her how much time she's going to give you on the flip. And what technique will she use. And if the time and technique are adequate, you;ll leave an appropriate tip.

This "hole" subject is getting boring. I'd rather read and talk about the benefits of douching after each customer. Or maybe douching each customer.

I will be brief because I believe as stinky has put it this topic has been exhausted ad nauseum. But if you really go by mr. stinky maybe you should douche your ass.

Lil Red- I have done a lot worse jobs then getting a little spooey on my hands. Try cleaning a grease trap and some of those smelly asses that you complain about won't be so bad. As for it being a health risk, unless you have an open sore on your hands it is not a real health risk, and a little cum in no worse then getting some snots on your hand. As for your comment about speaking chinese , it seems that we are both on the same page, you are not going to recognize some possible valid points and there are just some things we might have to agree to disagree, but one thing is for certain , If you are at ERS and you have seen a dip in business, trying looking for to a reason other than the economy since there have been two posts on here that said they have left ERS to go somewhere that they don't feel shaken down for tips. I recognize there are some unappealing aspects to your job, but again there are people out there in say daycare that are watching newborns that have to change shitty diapers and an ounce of spooge is not nearly as gross as a smelly diaper. In the words of Forrest Gump, "that's about all I have to say on that subject."

Seems like some people expect you to pull up with a wheelbarrow full of money just to have them look in your general direction. If they feel they are so smart and special, don't work there and get a 9 to 5 job plus another part time job to make ends meet. A reality check might make that spug and couch time more attractive.

A similar industry is realtors. When I bought my house a few years back, they all were driving brand new mercedes and cadilacs and playing a violin for me about how hard their job is and how I need two wheelbarrows to make them happy.

I am a simple guy looking for simple good theraputic HE massage with no other menu. It got difficult for a while to find what I am looking for for a fair price. I know there are tons of WAY overpriced (same as full service) for what I wanted from gals with a very high opinion of themselves. I do not need language lessons (well, maybe Russian once in a while) or a GFE. Sometimes a sexy outfit is better than nude (I know, I'm nuts). I got disgusted and gave up.

To me, why should I be paying 90% of full service price for my simple needs. And before someone gets down on me, remember it is supply and demand and I know I am on the outskirts of the hobby with my "demands" and I made a personal choice to opt out rather than pay above market prices.

I do not want to be on first name basis with the nurse at the clinic if you know what I mean. In fact, I do not even want to know where the clinic is. Call me Mr. Safe. Some call me mr boring or nuts, to each his own.

I have stayed away from ERS for a bit. CLV is a bit dumpy for my tastes. No response is needed to my rant. I am too thick headed. I am not here to debate an opponent. I just want to voice support for hobbyists that think like me.

ERS used to be the best deal in 4 states. That's simply not true anymore.

The workers of ERS can complain all they want about the customers, but ERS started raising their prices just as everyone else was lowering theirs. Now business is down.

Lilred, it sounds like your anger is focused in the wrong direction.

I was visiting the same person at a certain "clinic" for about 3 years. All of a sudden my hour was 45 minutes, then it became about 30 minutes. I was also told that certain extras were going to cost more. The next time I visited the place, I called ahead and asked for someone else. I showed up and my normal person said "let's go" and I informed her that I was there to see another person. The same thing happened the next time I went there. On my 3rd return, while I was leaving, my old friend asked me why I wasn't seeing her any longer and appeared to be somewhat jealous. I told her that all of a sudden I felt like a $ sign when I saw her and her service was lacking enthusiasm as well as the time of the visit being cut short. She said to see her next time and I won't be sorry. She realized that I was a consistent $40.00 in her pocket every week or two and things changed back to the way they used to be. The only thing that you can do on a bad first visit to someone is to not go back to her. When your regular starts getting jaded from the business, talk it out or visit someone else. Never put up with bad service and attitude.

What would you consider a good tip for good service? I understand that you are working there to make a living you need to eat and pay bills. I have no problem tipping for good service. If I enjoyed my time there I will tip $30-$40. If I had an ok time I will leave $20 and If I did not like my time I may not tip at all. Just would like your take on my scale.

As far as sitting on our asses all day that is so untrue. We are always doing something. Do you think the business gets ran with girls sitting on out asses? Guys - How much would money would it take to get you to act all hot for some knappy overwieght ugly chick while sticking your digits into her vag? I know I wouldn't do it for free. If I'm going to massage and finger or munch the bearded clam on a girl who is decidedly unattractive (and act like I like it), I would want some appreciable coin. I am absolutely certain that alot of the guys Lilred & others have to pump spooge from are not guys they are inclined to do that with for free. I hear you, Lilred...I really do.

However - Girls, if you really don't like what you do, change jobs. Guys, if you don't like what's available for what you want to spend, get a new hobby. The choice here, girls, is unfortunately not with you. The mongers can take thier $ wherever they see fit. I'm sure you're perfectly ok with that. So are we. If we get a better experience elsewhere, we can go. If you don't want to give a fat ugly smelly guy extras for cheap (I know I certainly wouldn't if I were in your shoes), then don't! Just know that you might shoot yourself in the foot occasionally if you shake a guy down who may NOT have had a problem providing a good tip but was antagonised by your (genuine) effort to protect yourself from getting chumped.

I've never been ERS. I am a strong tipper, by all accounts, but I also expect the service to be comensurate with my tip. What kind of joint is it? is CLV better? Maybe I should RTFF.

I don't see how this can even be a debate.

1. The door charge doesn't amount to very much when you look at the number of hours worked.

2. You are paying for a massage and a release. The touching and groping aren't included. If you touch and grope you should tip.

Those points are fair and I don't have a problem with them. Now, please do me the courtesy of thinking about my thoughts - trust me no Chinese.

No one is forcing you to do anything. If dealing with smelly men, jizz, and poor tipping is that big of a problem - find a new line of work. Seriously, I wouldn't jerk a guy off for .45... and honestly a .30 tip just wouldn't make it any more tempting.

Honestly - I don't want to hear anything about single Moms and the economy. There are many, many, many people raising kids, paying bills without ever touching a penis for money in this country. There IS help out there if you really feel like you're trapped. In fact.. PM me and I will make it easy for you. I will provide phone numbers to organizations that will:

1. Pay for school/books
2. Give you extra cash for going to school (to cover clothes, supplies)
3. Provide medical coverage
4. Provide dental coverage
5. Provide child care

That is a serious invitation. If you don't know how to access the services I listed above I will help you step by step through PM. I went through it when I was young/dumb/raising kids without a pot to piss in.

Now let's get serious.

You do this job because the .$$ you makes up for any effort you put into it. In other words - it's easy money. If it wasn't, why would a well spoken attractive young woman like yourself be doing it.

So in summary - Yes, we should tip - especially if you do grope and touch the girls. Girls - if it doesn't pay, for goodness sakes go do something that does. As I said - I wouldn't do what you do even if the money WAS good.

I am terribly sorry I offended you all. I guess I did not make my point clear enough.
The point I was trying to make is that we work, pay tax, and are as human as you are.

I was trying to allow you to see where your provider is coming from. We are not money hungry, but this is our job. We do it to support ourselves and our families, just as you all do for yours.

We appreciate you, as we hope you appreciate us in return. Both sides need the other.

The reason why I posted the first time was because I was shocked to see how some were breaking down the money we make and grossly over exaggerating.

I tried to explain why a gentlemen should tip but those points were ignored, making it seem as if we are nothing but money hungry wenches.

All I am saying is- Keep your noses out of our finances. If you get good service- tip accordingly. PLEASE.

The biggest problem is that people do not like when someone DEMANDS TIP and if it is pointed to a novice that please tip for good service things may be better. People want a good experience and will see 3 girls instead of 4 and apply extra for tips but if you DEMAND person like me will just stop coming becuase I dont want money to be the part of my experience. It becomes very obnoxous if tip is demanded at the beginning of service because if you tip 40 and girls want 50 you wasted door fee,tip and had a bad experience because girl wants more money. Because of upfront tips are asked for business is really "booming". I think all this talk about liking a job is irrevelent. If you dont like it quit the job and go and fry burgers . Nobody forces you to do anything. One should not feel sorry for the girl that she is being degraded and therefore tip her to make it nice for her so she wont mind being degraded. That is ridiculous. Everyone knows who is doing what to whom and it is totally by choice. Keep money talk to minimum if you want a guy to enjoy so he will keep coming back.

Okay, we have exhausted this topic. Little Red, we heard your side and acknowledge some of your concerns, and I hope you have done the same.

On some things we just have to agree to disagree, and for those that find this a problem they have obviously moved on to other places as proven by the number appointments going down. Let's now use this forum for what it is intended.

Everybody is ruining this board. Everybody made there point. The guys don't like being asked for tips and the women would like there customers clean. This isn't helping anybody in the long run. Everybody should know by now what the proper tipping amount is. If you don't like a place find another. There are better in Rockford.

Actually CLV has some newer talent as of late and the only ones that are old at CLV are the ones that have been there since they opened, and you don't have to pick them if you don't want. Basically it's newer surroundings at ERS and you will be paying $10 more at the door, which is $95. Normal tip for either location is anywhere from $15- $40. I used to go to ERS only but as of late have been going to CLV and I got to say the experience is better. The Lingerie Shows in Rockford I have been to and have always felt rushed and not the greatest experience. Traveling north to Madison will not get you anything more than what you can get in Belvidere, unless you plan on going on the streets. You should have a good experience at CLV.
