Stopped at this place on east side of 82nd Ave by the Cartlandia Food Cart yesterday and met Linda or Lina. Guessing mid or late 30, pretty face, long hair, and a nice set of Cs. Someone mentioned certain shops getting raided, how do you keep tabs on which shops get raided? I'd like to know which are shops with higher rate of risk, any tips? My logic is that the worse the neighborhood, the less people around it care to complain and bring LE attention to it, plus LE probably too busy with something else. Does that hold true?

They are not going to waste their time on what consenting adults are doing in these shops.

Its more of the number of complaints they get. As such. Counties like Washington and Clackamas will do more than Multnomah. Unless something bad happens like not giving a free rub and tug to the duty office on the route. That happened in Spokane about 12 years ago. No pay off and all the places were shut down fast.
