-Closing BP took a lot of casual women out of the game. Supply dried up a bit but demand is still kind of constant. The hey dey of BP was just a little after the 09 recession and as the economy recovered casual providers got regular jobs.
-A lot of busts happened in the DC area so providers who would frequent / tour this area just skip it all together.

I now pay 2800 for 2 bed 2 bath in good area up here. The cost of living is more expensive. I wasn't knocking anyone who makes 150 a year. I barely cleared 200 myself.
