Picked up Danielle as she was walking down Rt. 2. She is a small long haired brunette with A breast. Pleasant to talk with and no rush. We went to a spot out in the county. Nice sloppy BJ and cowgirl to completion. Will repeat.

Cruising around Wilkens Ave. this morning I found the streets about deserted. I was looking for Crystal because her phone is off again, but all I found was Angel. I didn't really want to stop for her today, so I kept on. A little later I saw Raven, who I had never met. She wanted to go to her house, saying there was no one there. When we arrived the door was locked, so she started yelling at the windows. An upstairs window opened, and the girl in it said you can't bring anyone in because everybody got locked up again, then turned to yell at someone else in the house. Way too much activity for me, so I split. Too bad, because Raven was a good looking 21 year old. Maybe next time. As I left, I saw Tina. I have dated Tina a couple times, and both of them she claimed she just had dental surgery, and can't give much head. Her teeth look like she needs dental work, but hasn't had any yet. Anyway, I went to Darnell's house with her, and found Crystal there. Damn. Once again, when we were upstairs, Tina gives me the same dental surgery line. She reminded me that she is open to anything at all. This girl just doesn't want to give head. She's in the wrong business. She managed a little bit, but it was not worth it. I always prefer Crystal, who says she "loves giving head!" She did let me take some pictures, but I won't see her again.

Last night I went down on the W / W loop. I saw two SW, s out, one blond that looked like she had a little age on her, and the other was a dark haired but seemed kind of out of it. So I passed and as I was headed up Wilkens I spotted a blond spinner by the church. I circled around to pick her up because I did not want to be out much longer because of Uncle Leo. She got in and told me her name was Patty. We went to her spot were I received FS for. 30. The BJ was pretty good and overall the service was good. I would repeat. She gave me her digits also.

Long time reader, first time poster. I've been off the grid for a while after a few bad experiences.
Jen: But recently saw a very nice WSW heading from the light rail on W Patapsco over to Brooklyn. I didn't know if she was civi or not, but ended up seeing her again on 2nd. She actually saved my bacon the first time around since LEO was on an adjacent block near me, she pretended to ignore me first pass. Thinking with the little head again. She hopped in on the second pass and she took me just outside city limits. Slim, nice shape, reddish-brunette med-long length hair. Pretty eyes and generally nice attitude. Missing one front tooth actually (courtesy of BF) , but overall nice 6-8. 30 tuition for a nice uncovered mike session in car. She invited me to reach around and play with her and she was nicely wet which surprised me, and also nice smelling (which also kind of surprised me. Just stereotyping I guess). Got her digits, but can't ever seem to get through. She lives by Harbor Hosp but works in Brooklyn. I don't know if she's the same Jen as posted below or not, but I didn't detect any bad attitude from her and that usually sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Wish I had some pics to share. Maybe next time. Would definitely repeat.
Holly: Young, short with tight body, dirty blond, blue eyed WSW. Picked up off Conkling and she had me park in front of her apt. A few blocks away in a construction area. She said it was closed off due to construction and that 'out in the open' was safer than somewhere else. I didn't have extra cash to go inside her place since she said it's an extra 10 to use the house. She was sorta in a hurry and coming up and looking around a lot while rubbing me which kinda killed the mood a bit, but she got her work done. Just wasn't that much better release than a quality jerking off to Xtube. Why bother.
Is 30 the new 'standard' tuition? Seems like *everyone* is asking for that (or more). I just need to be prepared since I usually stick my wallet in the trunk. I also don't want to piss everyone off from the get go if that's really the going rate.

I was up near the North Avenue notel across the bridge from the Light Rail station just a few days ago, at night from 10:30 to about 3:00. There were 4 BSW about, walking a stroll that seems to be between the motel and the Baltimore schools HQ, they were dressed for the part, and they were not men, LOL. They looked rather uptown, too, the type that would try to start at 2 Jacksons for a CBJ (also, when you're around the notel area stick strictly to North Avenue; don't go North of North near Charles, if you take my meaning, unless for you the thought of picking up that man on WW everybody's talking about sounds like a good idea).
Also, since the lifting of second-job working-hours limits on city police officers, it seems their rates have fallen through the floor. I saw off-duties guarding not only the North Avenue notel, but the New York Fried Chicken on Charles Street and then later the same officer was guarding the [I]other[/I] New York chicken joint near Greenmont Cemetery! He was multi-tasking!
Drifting Eastward down North later in the night, I saw at least a half-dozen different BSW alternate streets between Kirk and N. Broadway. Be careful driving in neighbourhoods directly North of these intersections; they are low-intensity now, and there are no cameras off of North in this area, but there's a lot of activities going on of the sort that draw John Q out of his favourite donut shop and back onto the street. Stay safe; North is not like Patapsco or WW at all in that it is more than busy enough you can spot a SW, pull into a space on the road (there is usually at least parking space every 200 feet) and simply wait without drawing any attention at all.

There are several AA trannies typically there, but some awesome BSW too sometimes. But north of North Ave. Just up from hooker motel. On Howard St one can find some cute WSWs. I may have seen 3 strolling there the other day. If you happen to stop in coffee shop across street from hotel you'll see the girls emerge. I assume that they are not LE when they head out from their rooms.

Where do you get away with 15% tipping, and think that is normal? Standard rule of thumb for eating establishments is now at least 18, with 20% being the norm. The standard I use is; CCL with average skills=20.
Well kept, clean with skills=30, half / half with enthusiasm=40, and full menu, GFE, blow your mind=50-60. At 20% that comes down to 4, 6.8 and 10-12 respectively. I would think 5, 10, and 10-20 would be more in line.
What I don't do is offer an amount up front, rather tell them I will tip according to service. The better they do, the better the tip. This incentive works well, and I keep to my word. It only takes a few cheap SOB's looking for cheap thrills to throw our current price structures into a bidding war with the girls. We have been very lucky, with regard to pricing structures in Balto.
I realize that this logic will fall on some deaf ears, but that's how it goes. Just remember the waitress's code" don't piss off the person who could spit in your food". A reasonable payment for service, and an appropriate tip will reward you with offers of digits, as well as a more enjoyable experience down the road. Don't think that the girls don, t have a jungle telegraph and tell their friends about the guy who treated them fairly, and didn't try to stiff them, so to speak. Stay safe, and stay low.

Monday night. 8.ish. Standing outside to have a smoke outside Haven Place when a WSW. 35 ish, skinny but not CCL with most of her teeth approaches on foot. Asks me for a smoke and a light, which I provide. She eyeballs me for a minute then walks away to stand in the street.
I wasn't going for it, but in any case, how many SWs will walk away from a SC customer, presumably with $ to burn on nekkid women, without asking for a "date."
