Jazz and a few others have the same thing. Others have opted not to get the surgery, and have ended up dead from congestive heart failure.

The endocarditis, is a blood borne infection. Usually starts as those pretty abscesses from either filthy needles, really dull needles (or both), and / or the stuff in the dope causing an infection. Some of these girls will use rigs they pick up in the dirt, and water from a puddle (literally, I've seen everything in my days out there). The untreated abscesses / infections, along with all the crap they're injecting, gets to the right side heart valves and starts eating them up.

I've seen some girls that spend weeks on IV intravenous (and have friends come and shoot them up in their IV lines), narrowly avoiding getting their chests sawed in 1/2, get told they can never shoot again. And go RIGHT BACK TO IT.

We have a saying in the program: we don't shoot our wounded. Sometimes I think it would be a MERCY KILLING.

So happen to be in y'all neck of the woods as I say. Headn south on Dixie just passed Copans and I see Tamara. I didn't know it was her until she approached my coach. Jumped in and she quickly remembered me, ihh man I'm thinking it's been fi years, last I seen her. She quickly hustles my dead presidents and I just denied her offer as she looked scared and beat up. She left in demeanor with my denial but oh well, don't reckon her chicken head game any good.

Later down Dixie stroll I see another chicken head, short, dirty blonde with big bolt ons but as I came my second pass, her face just gave me bad vibes so I passed.

Down MLK I see a nice young skinny spinner, blonde and cute clean face and body look ok. Quickly my quack call and summoned her to my mobile dungeon. Quickly LEO check and I like what I see as never seen her before. Ah the thrill of the hunt as I quickly Jackson game and a tip of the hat she goes down on my magic stick as I was driving, acting, producing and filming to my delight.
