In this case, it would be a private office where there are no other employees / traffic and the work is non-existent. Literally it would be shuffling a few papers for the sake of posterity and sucking a dick. Single owner-operator situation.

The only thing that would feel like a liability would be that it's a place of business, which even then could be interesting if it was one of those shared work spaces with small offices for more anonymity.

Dreading getting back on paid subscription so hanging on to my finds for now. It take me roughly 60-90 days to find a long lasting arrangement. Totally consumes the time, so have to be very strict about time and effort.

Arrangements should be treated like uber, if one cancels, there is another one available, you just have to wait for it to get to you. Don't run after the uber that cancelled or waste anytime chasing other ubers that not responding.
