Stopped by this place on Philly after seeing the ad says it was formerly known as Oriental Peony. I think its now called Green Island Spa. I cannot recall any good reviews. Possibly search for 'Pamela' - there are bound to be some reviews.

I think she used to advertise about scratching sessions. Just never was my cup of tea. But she has been around for a while.

I just don't recall anyone ever having left a favorable comment.
