Jokes aside, there's no one answer, clearly. For some, the pandemic really put a spin on what was viable / sustainable for people. For others, the popularity of sex work in the mainstream made it less taboo / easier to get clients (and so, higher rates). And in a lot of ways, shit is just more expensive today and society isn't keeping up for most people. Shouldn't be a surprise since you see this in basically every part of life.

But also, there *are* still providers providing what you described at that rate. They're talked about here plenty, and there's others aside from those that do. 🤷

I don't know what the fuck happened with Atlanta.

Cost of cars, housing, insurance, food etc are all a lot more expensive. Why would this work remain the same? Now for me. Its not the price that bothers me. Its the quality of service. For me personally, I have noticed it go downhill. Providers used to seem to tolerate and maybe even enjoy providing good service. Now I see lots of entitlement. People doing this who shouldn't. Do the bare minimum and think that we should be happy with it. I blame that on a cultural shift that is evident in other parts of life as well.

I too expect the prices to go up with inflation. However, what bothers me more is the quality and choices. Now luckily, it's still easy to bang chicks for free with the dating apps that weren't as plentiful in the 90's and 00's.

There were plenty of bad massage providers back in the day too. We also had plenty of good ones too. You had at least one in every apartment complex on the northside of town. There were a lot of legit massage providers who were open to giving you extras which added a special thrill to the session. You had a decent number of women who seemed to actually enjoy making you happy (for a price, of course, but hey, they need to make a living).

I think the Egyptian Goddess is still around. But back then, she was one of many, not just an exception to the norm.

While free sex is still an option, sometimes, I just feel the urge to get off where there is no mutual effort needed, no need to take them out.
