Found something on the Franklin County Sheriffs site. Click on Public Information and then Incident and Arrest Reports. It is under Incidents and not Arrests but it says at 15:54 on 5/31 they went to 225 Weather St / VIO Spa and the offense listed is 90 Z-Practicing Massage without a license; and 40-A-Prostitution. But there's nothing in three arrest log.
