The difference is that I lay on my stomach and let them give me a massage before, I always want a massage to get me more relax while rubbing them down and letting them know that at the end I want more. After about 10 to 15 minutes they ask to flip and that's when the fun begins. Some people prefer the main menu right away I prefer the tease and then the main enchilada. The extra $20 I pay has always been well worth it for me.
