Tried this one out after a few reports on here since it is very convenient for me. Called 10 minutes ahead to make an appt. Building is mixed use with some traffic in and out, but the street was pretty quiet around 11 AM when I showed up. I've been travelling to NYC a lot for business and finding my dollar goes a lot further there, but that's slowed down and I decided to try a local spot this weekend.
