For oppai pubs, if you can't speak Japanese go to Luxe in Shinjuku. It is 100% foreigner friendly and English only is okay. After some chat the girls will hop on you and if you ask them they will go topless and you can kiss them or suck on their tits. They send you 3 girls for 40 minutes for 6000/8000 yen ($38-$51). For those who don't know the significance, two examples.
