The police can stop you as you walk down the street just as easily as stopping your car exiting the parking lot. Plus, if you're on foot, they could photograph your face pretty easily. And "keeping track of plate numbers of the vehicles in the parking lots" is worthless unless they actually charge someone with a crime (in which case, they would never allow you to leave the scene).
The cops certainly know what goes on in these places and probably are clients too. Years ago, there was a huge crack-down on other spas in the Y-W area, but somehow these two survived and continue doing a steady business. All I can figure is they must have some sort of understanding (i. e. bribes in the form of cash or free pussy) with the cops to leave them alone.
When I first started going to Tiger and Sun, I was much more concerned about the place getting raided while I was there. Now I walk in just as casually as I walk into my local Wal Mart. Except at the spas, I get to fuck the cashier.
This morning I swung by Sunny Spa and pulled, I couldn't quite understand her name but she has been there awhile. Help me out brother mongers, she is probably late 30's with nice ass and huge natural rack (not Connie though). A lot of time she answers the door. Both are larger breasted (though Joy might be enhanced) and both are older than the average lineup there. Both used to be part of the regular rotation. Neither one really impressed me at the time.
