Left a VM for her as well. She got back to me after a few hours (via text) but by that time I had already secured another option.

Suffice to say, that it was every bit worth the wait. The setup in the back yard is a little odd, and with no AC in the cabin it got a little warm, but then again, that can be fun? She mentioned that she is not looking for many new clients, and when she is she will post again on CL. At that time, I recommend that you take the opportunity.
In summary, YMMV, but I probably won't be going anywhere else for a while.
