Any know what happen to the older SW that lived on the 3rd floor on that corner house on hill side? She lived with some strange guy that was a little messed might have been her handler and an older guy might have been here father. Her phone has been dead for about 2 months now.

Clothing doesn't help that much because they don't always wear the same thing, unless it's colder weather and they wear the same jacket. Did she have very short hair? That could be Carrie. This will give you an idea of who's out there and who you might not want to pick up or at least be careful of. You should do a search and use the words the "loop" and you should get a number of hits, but it must be at least four times in the last year the route has been described.
