I just wanted to let the locals who know me here that I'm changing to a new profile (pending moderator approval).

Why? Because when I originally set up this account, I used an email address attached to a domain name that is no longer available to me. A cyber-squatter is now sitting on the domain and holding it ransom, thus not allowing me to change the email address associated with this account because I can't confirm on the old email address. (short of paying that gratuitous price for purchasing the domain)

I'm tired of not having the ability to receive email notifications whenever I get a private message, so I'm setting up a new account.

I would like this post to stand here as proof that the transfer is happening and though I may lose my "senior" status, I'll be able to refer folks back to this post so they can check my reputation.

Remember there is a difference between circumstantial evidence and direct evidence. I can't see LE and or the DA's office expending to much time and resources to a case that is based on circumstantial evidence.

So you called this provider 4 times in a month. If this was the only evidence available to a jury, there would be reasonable doubt as to the reason for the phone calls. There is national news lately about a practice that has taken place by the Mich Police, called extraction of data from cell phones of motorists even during routine stops, and even when there is no suspicion of a crime having been committed. A girl came me a few years back with three citations she had received. None said anything about prostituion and all were for breaking Orange County Ordinances. Escorts must register with the county and have a license. Escorts must meet clients in public. I do not recall the third one and am too lazy tonight to look it up.

This is for my safety as why most women screen.

Besides the avoidance of leo there are men who hobby that truly hate women.

There are men who beat, rape and rip off women as well.

If a reference saves this from happening to a woman then the better for it.

I think part of the booking process goes into checking personality both ways.

If a provider doesn't like what she do then she shoudnt be doing it. I do believe in screening though. I do it for my safety not beause I want to hold it over a clients head. That is so unprofssional as well as tacky. I believe that if a client is truly satisfied he will tip you or maybe in the future take you to dinner. A provider (I'm sure not you) can tell you that all of your info will be destroyed, but how does one know? I just feel like it has to be done because just like theres bad providers theres also bad clients too. So when a guys knocks on my door I have to make a life or death decision in a matter of seconds. I don't ask for personal info but I do hold a conversation during the call just to kinda fill a guy out. I just hate that one idiot could ruin it for the good peope out there.
