If you wanted to schedule it to run every few hours for a few days it cost like $3 or $4. If you scroll through and the same providers posts over and over it's scheduled and has no bearing on actual availability.
Many of the sites are not ad sites, per se, where providers post the ads. They are aggregators that crawl the web and repost ads from other sites like STG which is why you see ads that are long out of date.
