But as far as getting her exact GPS location you need to be our scary uncle leo or upper management in the cell company to access that kind of information. But as one uncle told me if you are a high tech thief there are the tools out there to track someone by the phone's GPS location chip. But to be honest to me he sounds like a psycho and she should be on guard for a few days to be safe. A note on the cell phone tracking, on most cell phones the GPS function can be turned off by the user, under advanced options.

Harley could always publish a warning to other providers with his name and number if he contacts her again. Would he like his name and number up in lights for the world to see? I think not.
