If you don't get any resistance, try to touch her breast or vagina. If you still don't get any resistance, it's unlikely this is a cop. Say that you like touching her and ask if you can continue touching. If she asks what you would like to do, keep it vague.
Exchanging sex for money in the USA is illegal, but that's only if you directly tie the two together.

I've had a couple encounters with possible UCs on Bissonnet and it sends shivers down my spine whenever one of these ladies states a price for an act up front. I'm curious about how the PR bond process works if I was to catch a case while out mongering. If you don't mind me asking, is it common to get out with a "free" personal recognizance (PR) bond for the type of case you caught? I believe it's a Class B misdemeanor and some non-violent felony cases are even eligible for PR bonds.
I noted that you were in there for 24 hours. I'm just trying to figure out what to expect if I run into the same situation as you. I'd hate to have to have someone bail me out. Thanks for any info you can offer!
