The BP category where you found this ad has both, the licensed (LMT) and certified therapists. As well as the sensual / relaxation (usually untrained) practitioner. Maybe someone else knows more than I. Or has experience with Lisa in particular.

I've picked up many regulars over the years who advertise in the therapeutic section and offer both a good massage and lots of extras. Also, one of the code phrases is "safe, secure, off-street parking."
