The SW these days is usually trying to get money for their next high.Years ago the girls on the street usually were attractive and dressed nice.These days you will see the same girl wearing the same nasty clothes days at a time.Overall the quality of the lady is not there anymore.
Had an opportunity to splurge tonight. Checked out the AMP on 27th. Great 15 minute TS. Got everything really clean. Lots of playing. Really good massage ended with a HS. Clean place. Checked and they do change the towels on the massage table (unlike the AMPs in Kenosha). $ for TS and massage, . 6 tip for the HS. Got a good, full hour. When's the last time that's happened? Just a little too expensive.
The owner of the Economy Inn told me he could no longer rent me a room for 2 hours. He said the police gave him a $3, 000 ticket because he was caught renting out rooms for only 2 hours. I don't understand why this city always tries to clamp down so much on our favorite hobby. I used to pickup strippers, but my favorite club, Tommys was shut down. Now another club I had found that had take-out Camolet also is closed because of LE. I haven't picked up any SW'S in a long time because of STD's and LE. So I guess I'll be driving out of town to the all nude clubs like Bear Chest in Beloit. Waste of gas, money going OUT of Milwaukee instead of being spent here in the City, I just don't get it. How come all these other City's can have nude clubs & Milwaukee, we can't even keep the topless clubs open? Other City's seem to have a better SW scene as well.

Most other cities aren't much better. Since the 1980s the United States has slowly evolved into a police-state. Ever more cops saturate the beat, enforcing petty non-violent, victimless crimes; hobbyists and SWs fall perfectly into this sweep. The golden age of the 1960s and 1970s is over and it ain't coming back. Cops get a thrill out of busting sex "crimes." Nothing gives them more of a kick than handcuffing consenting adults. Moreover, it's crucial to realize that street crime has generally been dropping over the past 25 years primarily due to baby-boomers getting older and leaving their crime creating years behind. The police state is all about social control now. Ever more cops over saturate our cities and they have to justify their existence so they bust SWs and hobbyists and write out tickets for double parking, etc. Look at the fascist cop (Officer Mucha who the Milw. Journ/Sent exposed in recent profiles) who was operating up on the north side, he was planting drugs, kicking in teeth and playing Little Hitler on that side of town for over a decade.

I can't speak for the entire nation and I am not up to speed on the actual facts and figures but I did hear something on the news where Milwaukee is setting a record for murders. With this in mind I find it hard to believe that street crime is down. I think that by targeting SWs and mongers it is a safer way for them to say "Look, we are doing something about crime." SWs are not as likely to pull a 40 S&W and start blasting. Hobbyists are for the most part just regular guys who don't want to harm anyone or anything. So we are easy and safe prey. Plus, when you think about it. If they bust a Hobbyist even just one they cuff him, take him back to the station and book him. It takes 2 to 3 hours to do this. That means they are in a nice warm station house drinking coffee and bullsh**ing with their friends and not out in the cold night where they could be taking down someone who is about catch your neighbor's 4 year old in gangland crossfire. Yep, makes sense to me. Take the easy way out. I say if that is what they want to do then fine. Give us the right to protect ourselves and our families. If I am going to get shot at then give me the right to carry something to shoot back with.
I haven't been at the street hobby for sometime due to the deteriorating conditions out there. Anyways, one of my old regulars suddenly starts phoning me again after eight months so I finally give in and drive in to the hood to pick her up we got to talking and one thing leads to another and soon I am driving to the old motel thinking about a quickie FS. All of what you write has some truth, but the hobby 'supply and demand' has it's peeks and valleys to it even dating back to the wild west days. When everything dies down it springs up again and when it peeks LE and anti casual sex citizens along with bible thumpers crash it down.
Some people blame street drugs but these drugs have been around for a long time for people who wanted to use them even dating back to when they put small amounts of coke in that soft drink and the public thought it was ok to consume just like cigarettes were the in thing back in the 1940's
Yes, times are changing and there are more laws on the books now that ever for LE to enforce.
For myself the hobby has helped me in many ways in my life gaining confidence with women at ease when starting a conversation with with a new unknown woman and just a better general feeling in my social life that I have had women out of my league like dancers and escorts but the SW's were always fun and games even if it didn't always work out my way:)

Prostitution enforcement is good easy, low risk PR for the cops. After all busting a SW is much lower risk than stopping some gang member. Most SW's don't carry guns and are not looking to shoot a cop.There is a neighborhood in San Diego that has a lot of gang activity. When I asked the cop about this, he told me that they don't have enough resources. But the cops do have resources to assign a bunch of cops to chasing SW's.

The idea of pimps running around and a bunch of SWs swarmed all over a stroll is virtually a fiction these days. Barely any major cities in America have that scene anymore. Police-state America has successfully shut down the redlight districts. Sure, there are still SWs out and about but the picken's is slim and the quality is low.
There are simply too many cops on the beat, it was a federal initiative in the early 1990s to make sure every city beefed up its patrols.
Picking up SWs and hobbyists is a lot easier than having to build a case against a gangbanger drug peddler. Plus, LE gets its jollies by busting SWs and hobbyists, it gives them a sadistic, almost voyueristic thrill.
I was thinking last night after I heard about the two officers being shot, is our hobby becoming to dangerous. Think about the areas where we cruise for SW's, all have problems with major crimes and random shootings. I just don't to catch a stray bullitt from some gang banger. The same thing goes for the telephone chat lines. Most of the woman there are in areas that I wouldn't go to during the day. Even the far northwest side to me is to dangerous. This is my opinion, I could be wrong!
Sorry, but pimps do chase SW's from time to time. I was out last night in SD and the pimps were chasing the SW's. I just wish the cops would crack down on the pimps.

On the other side of it, off duty and sometimes on duty male LE do go to strip clubs and talk to the owner? One of the dancers told me that they were looking for some freebies in return for looking the other way. Also one time I picked up a not so good SW who asked if I was a cop and if not she would want some cash in which left me thinking if your a cop you don't need cash for service? I have heard that some LE are hobbyists also. My opinion would be it's more the out dated law on the books than a LE officer.
My opinion on the hobby becoming to dangerous because of hand gun fire. You got to think about the thousands of people who live in those areas who are not violent criminals and are not using hand guns some how they adjust to there surroundings and they no longer fear it.
I have met many women on the internet chat and e-mail groups who fear everything about it due to the news media and real life crime including giving out there real name and personal information like address and phone number let alone a real life meeting. Allot of them are living in fear of meeting and only feel safe in front of there monitor screens. If this is what society is coming to no wonder is getting hard to get laid without paying a professional provider and the hobby of looking for SW's and other provides becomes more popular among many even though the law remains the same.

Not just cops, but their dealers, their clients, their neighbors, the ghost, the cat, anyone that rubs their last jangled nerve.
