Every few years a real good one comes along and we get a chance to get our moneys worth, then some dick fu@#s it up. Jamie is no longer at Ex. I know where she is and I know why she is not at Ex. SO, here is my rant. I’ll give it in three parts, 1. How to keep ,the best little secret in Belvedere, the best little secret in Belvedere. 2. How to get the most for you money. An d 3. A word to the girls.
How to keep the best little secret in Belvedere.
I know it is not a secret the cops know the area business know and most people in the area know, but the apparently do not care. My wife doesn’t know, my mom doesn’t know and it appears that the moral right marauders do not know. The afore mentioned would try to shut it down if they did know. Your comments on this forum are being monitored and soon the moralists will have enough info to bring the place down.
So, here is what I suggest.
The place has rules learn them Keep them. If a girl extends a service (an extra) outside of the rules realize that is between you and her she will loose her job for breaking the rules. If you post about these extras you will draw attention from the moralists.
I have attended all the playgrounds and am in constant alert for new ones. This forum is a place to report the location and quality of these places. The reports are only useful if they are honest, detailed and repeatable by readers. When posting illegal activity we need to use sense, if the primary activity is illegal post away (street walkers and in calls offering pfp) but if they have a cover (modeling agency, health club, etc.) do not blow their cover.
Give a report that offers high praise without giving the illicit details.


2. How to get the most for you money. (this is mostly directed to Belvedere but applies to all pfp)
Hygiene: I come straight from work and I am often smelly. The showers are there for the girls not you. What I mean is the girls want you clean. So, (and I say this as a favor to one of the girls who asked me to spread the word) wash your ass, your balls, your Johnson, your pits and the rest of your anatomy. I do not think you can expect good service if you smell like ass. This is the #1 complaint the girls have. For an extra 5 points eat a mint. For an extra 20 points trim your fingernails.
Behavior: These are girls with feelings they are mothers and daughters sisters and wives. They do this for a living, some enjoy their work some wish they had a different job. None of them are blowup dolls. So, treat them with respect, when you first enter the room be kind show an interest in them, respect there boundaries. You can choose not to repeat if you think she has to many rules, but if she says no digits then keep your fingers out.
Be clean be nice be gentle (unless you have made other arrangements) be respectful.
If you are able to get extras and I never have ;) keep that to your self. Give the girl extra high praise call her your atf but do not kiss and tell.
Tipping: I know this will raise all kinds of posting but tipping is a tool we can use to get more bang for our buck. The entry is now $95 so leaving the change $5 is not a tip. I would make the following recommendations.
$0 for service that is rushed and cold or rude. If you do this have the balls to tell her why.
$20 for the average experience this is my normal tip for a good experience.
$30 something special. No rush, good access, pleasant conversation .
$40 a great experience felt like she enjoyed herself an tried to give you great service.
$50 gfe only given one time in 10 years.
Never repeat an average experience do not be afraid to tell the girl what you like and what you are looking for if she says no do not push it ask if any other girls do that (within the rules ;)).

3. A word to the girls.
We are not rich guys with cash to burn. We are hard working men who save up to take a trip to Belvedere we think about the place a lot we dream about it post about it and when we finally get there we want the full treatment so learn your craft or get another job. Here are some tips.
Do not rush
Talk dirty to me (I do not want to care about your cat or kids)
Offer the tub
Do not remind me that I am paying (I feel pathetic about it already)
Make your rules clear from the start
You are an actress playing a part act as if you enjoy it.
I didn’t come for a back rub make this part a prelude to the main event use your hair, lips, tits, ass and all your other assets.
There is a technique called the chin trick. The girl uses her chin and neck to simulate oral. Use it. Learn Russian (tity f*%king), foegreek ( the ass checks rub the Johnson) use your legs.

To close this rant I will say if we keep the secrets billed trust and give appropriate tips we will get what we came for. Guys as with every aspect of this hobby it takes time and repeat visits to get comfortable enough to REALLY enjoy.

I do agree that sometimes there are too many details posted, which may cause management at these places to get a little nervous. It may be better for everyone to keep the details to a minimum. The way I see it, is that my basic contribution to this board is to say if the experience was worth the money and steer clear fellow board members of rip offs and poor service. Stating if the girl had a good attitude, was attractive and if it was worth the money would provide enough info for a hobbyist to stay away or decide to check it out. Using PM with senior members to discuss specifics may be more appropriate than posting details. I know some may argue that LE already knows what is going on, but this is not really about LE this is about management imposing certain rules and having to take action if those rules are not followed, once they are made aware. The end effect is we are down one more friendly provider. So if you get more than what management might think is okay, keep it between you and the provider. Who knows she may thought you were worth of the extra attention and may not wish to offer it as her standard menu.

By chance is this the same Nina I used to see post on CL for the Rockford area?

I don't know what type of rednecks don't wash their ass and balls thoroughly, however, I am quite sure I don't need a lesson in hygiene. If you check some of the past posts about Jamie she was asking what people were going to tip up front, and quite frankly pissing people off and ruining people's experience. I don't think that she is no longer there for providing extras, as it has been noted she was doing the chin trick and passing it off as something extra. It says right in the room what these girls make and if they ask for extra then to report to management. Obviously Jamie pissed off one too many people and they must have said something to management. I have been going to CLV as of Late and have to say the talent there has been much improved and I think that it is because some have come from ERS. Your comment of $5 not being a tip is in your opinion, because in all honesty these girls are not CMT and with a $5 tip they are making $50 per hour. I don't know what you do for a living Cracker but $50 sounds like damn good money to me. I work in the hospitality industry on the weekend and to make what some of these women make in say 3 hours I would have to work a 9 hour shift standing on my feet and serving close to 300 drinks. If the girls showed genuine gratitude for what they get instead of asking for tips up front some would not be so reluctant to tip. Just my opinion for what it's worth. Incidentally I usually tip $20, but just as I have learned in my weekend position any tip I am grateful for.

You don't work in the nude and risk your health. I would think you woulod realize my rant was not aimed at you. You wash your ass and tip $20. Their are chips who expect to be able to molest these girls and not even leave the fiver.

But it was just my opinion and it was worth exactly what you payed for it.

I have for sometime wanted to post comments to all you fellows but have thought that it would probably be a waste of my time trying to explain where the girl is coming from as a provider.

Let me start with the basics.

Door fee and tipping:

If the provider applied for a job in this line of work and tips where not part of the deal there would not be places such as ers, clv, ex, CL etc., etc.

Then where would you all spend your time? Trolling the streets. Contrary to what you all think we do not rake in all this cash. Due to the economy the normal average of customers per girl is 3 which equals $135 divided by 10 hours =$13.50 an hr. There is no way in the world you would get anyone to work in these places for that. That is where tips make the job a little more tolerable.

We pay taxes! For those of you who do not believe this you need to use common sense. Believe me, uncle sam and the city would not allow the places to stay open for as long as they have if they were not getting their slice of the pie. Since we are self employed, we not only have fed and state we also pay a self employment tax. So in total, it brings that $13.50 down $9.80. Oh by the way, we pay our taxes quarterly.

We are not provided with insurance. We have to purchase our own insurance. For the normal family of 4, it is $250 a month. Now the $9.80 an hr. Is now $8.90 an hr.

If we are sick and cannot work, we do not get paid. $8.90 is now $0.00

If we work and do not get picked. Guess what.$0.00

So now that I have broke down the financial aspect of why tipping is a good thing I will now break down why tipping is a good thing to do to ensure a good session.

For those of you who do not ever tip, have you ever wondered why you pick a girl and may have good sessions with her once or twice but after that your session has become mediocre? Well the reason for that is because she has remebered you are a cheapwad and why should she give you anymore than what you have paid for. Massage and a happy ending.

We are your fantasies, we are women you can finally be honest with about what you find sexy.

We are your counselor. We talk to you about what is going on in your life and if you haven't noticed we always side with you even when most of the time you are in the wrong.

We allow you to fondle, touch, and molest us. Something your wives don't even allow you to do.

We try to become your friend.

We give you good massages.

We try to allow you to forget for an hour your problems and worries that brought you to us in the first place.

We have feelings, hopes, dreams, families, worries, depression, taxes, billes, mortgages, kids college funds, cars, homes, and all the same problems you have. We are human.

We have to hide from society about where we work because of how they judge us.

We cringe when you fellows post to much information on this tread.

We are appreciative of you coming to see us and allowing us to make a living.

We would appreciate if you would appreciate us to.

I enjoy my job and I have made alot of friends because it is such an intimate relationship and over time, I have gotten to know my customers personally and enjoy them as people, human beings. All we ask is that you treat us the same. Let us know you appreciate our service be it with a tip, with words or with respect. Don't talk about us like we are pieces of flesh.

Now that I have shown you fellows the girls perspective and you have seen that we are not raking in all this money, tip the girl if you have a good session. If you don't have a good session, don't tip but let her know why so maybe she can improve on her skills. If you don't have the extra cash to tip, still tell her you enjoyed your session but didn't have the money to tip.

Speaking for myself, I have 3 levels of sessions. One for guys who don't tip. One for guys who tip but do not tip well. One for good tippers. All within the rules. It may take me 2 sessions to remember how you act in the session, how you tip, etc., etc., so the smart thing to do is to leave half the tip you intend on giving on the table and tell her if you are satisfied with her service you will leave the other half at the end. You may find that your session and your friendship with the provider will be better.

My guess is Jaime got caught asking for more tips than she should, and/or passing a chin job off as something more. If she did dupe someone into thinking they got a bj, then I wouldn't doubt she was ratted out. Don't know if their mgmt reads the board, but I know a few girls do & they could easily report someone who was rocking the boat.
Like others on here, I know where to go for more than what ERS offers. But sometimes I like to have just what ERS offers, which is a decent deal considering the alternatives. I've liked the majority of girls that I've seen there, and I've also had a few that I wouldn't repeat. As long as the ratio of good experiences outweighs the bad, I'll keep going.
The card isn't a bad deal either.

I cannot understand where there is a delusion. You can show all kinds of numbers and make it sound real but the problem is that we go for experience and not an accounting class. Money is paid up front so it becomes incidental and not the primary part of transaction. Once that is put of way insisting for tip or demanding tip or providing poor indifferent service when no tip is provided up front is a poor business tactic.

Why dont you ask management to raise fees by 20,30,40, 50 dollars at the door so people will decide if that is what they want to pay. Getting a person on table and then making it business transaction makes a person feel that now he wasted the door fee and is going to have a hostile attendent. As I recall in the waiting room much is written on the wall about customer and his value .It seems people who work there do not bother to read that. Tell me if I went to a restaurant and waitress first of all asked will you tip me 15% or 20% because if you tip me less I will throw food on your table , how long will that waitress last ? not beyond that customer.

Please remember TIP MUST BE EARNED AND NOT DEMANDED. I stopped going to ERS not because of tipping issue about 3 years ago but because of reckless comment. In that time tipping was a choice and not a demand. I never recall so much discussion about tipping in those days. The fact that this keeps going on means people have rather strong feelings about someone demanding tip and not giving it by choice.

But I tipped for service above and beyond the call of duty. Not because the gal expected it. And yes I had a regular that treated me very well, and as a result, I treated her well.

But, wow! Didn't realize you gals had it so rough. Perhaps you should look for a job at a fast food restaurant or retail store. You can easily make $8.00-$10.00 per hour and work a lot more hours. And since all of your income will be reported by the company, you won't need to file those quarterly returns and try to remember just how much income you really make.

I have been going to ERS for going on 10 years and though I don't consider myself a regular, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there. YMMV but if you treat the girls like you would like to be treated, they will make sure you have a good time. And those complaining about what you make compared to the girls, I think you would be hard pressed to find one that gets a customer each hour they work.

Whether it is in a MP or a hotel room, treat the ladies right and the small gratuity we give the girls will will service like it was gold.

Are you sure that it is all due to the economy that the girls are only seeing 3 appts a day? I can tell you that I used to go to ERS all the time, but given the recent reports on girls asking for tips I decided to go down the street to CLV, and eventhough the rooms are not as nice as ERS I have found the sessions to be much more enjoyable. Given that the girls only discernable skill is the ending, and they are not all CMT, $13.50 and hour is what? $6 more than minimum wage, and if you are only working 3hours out of 10 you are essentially sitting down for 7 hours and still making $13.50 an hour. Try going down the street to Carpenter's Components or one of the warehouses in the area where at best they make $10 hour and actually work extremely hard for every hour they work. As I said in a lower post I work at a position where I get tips on the weekends and I have to work 10 hours on my feet serving 300 or more guests, do I know which ones tip? Of course I do, do I change the level of my service or spit in their drinks because they don't tip, of course not. I worked 8 hours of an open bar and did not receive a tip from one customer and the service was impeccable. I have found getting your underwear in a bunch over things you can't control does not pay. As for having to pay your own insurance, most workers do. I have always had to pay my own insurance and the only positions I know they are still covering the employees portion of the insurance is in the teaching profession or some government patronage job. As I mentioned the jobs above, one of those places they work outside in the sizzling heat for 8 to 10 hours whereas I also mentioned above you girls are sitting on a couch in an air conditioned room either reading the paper or watching a television. I do believe in treating people well and have always been pleasant to the attendants. One of lilred's comments was that you are confidants and side with us even when you think we are wrong, however, it has been reported on here on more than one occassion where a person has had to endure listening to the attendants baby mama drama's. I can tell you that is exactly the opposite reason of why we are there, usually we just want some peace. You do have options, become a CMT at a busy clinic and make $40/hour. Go to school and get some skills, or work as a person holding the stop and go signs on the Highways, after 10 hours breathing in asphalt and sweating in the sun, a comfty couch doesn't look so bad.

If you actually divide it by the time actually worked you are making about $50 an hour since it rarely goes the full hour. Again as I said above given your lack of training and skill $50 per hour is equivalent to what a Marketing Manager with a Master's degree is making or about $20 per hour more than a Paralegal. In light of that you should have some gratitude.

Again You are all missing the point. I don't care what any of you say about working in the service industry, if a person is tipping more than they get better service. Plain and simple.

As far as sitting on our asses all day that is so untrue. We are always doing something. Do you think the business gets ran with girls sitting on out asses? To the bartender- YOu are not handling someones spug on a daily basis. You don't have to take that health risk everytime you give a customer a drink so yeah I believe I deserve more for that.

Again back to the point. You treat us well, we treat you well.
