When focussing on the college demographic it often goes with the territory. BUT I can't emphasize enough, I'm a "seasoned" SD and take reasonable precautions to ensure I'm dealing with a verifiable real girl who has proven herself to be a worthy investment. I never start paying out until there's been actual FC time spent and a foundation formed. From there, it's simply a matter of accounting. Like any other business transaction, I'm happy to extend a little "credit" when I know there is a solid ROI. Fund now, fund later, fund in small payments, or full payments. As long as the balance sheets balance atbthe end of the day, it's all good. And sometimes even BETTER!!
