After setting up the appointment, I received texts stating, "If you don't show up, you will be blacklisted" (phone number blocked). If you are late, it is on your dime (clock starts at your appointment time, so don't be late). That may seem harsh, but it is good management of her time, to eliminate the crap and be successful. The difference is she is not an addict, but she still has to deal with mongers that (like addicts) will set up several dates so they have a backup when they get crickets from the first.
It will continue to be a crapshoot with addicts, but we can help the situation by not double booking on our end.
The most successful independent business model I have seen was by the two Colombians. They booked one monger per hour. They scheduled 40 minute sessions for the price of 30 minutes. This gave them time to refresh and clean up between sessions. The guys were appreciative of the extra 10 minutes. If you arrived 10 minutes late, you still got your time. You never bumped into another monger. Very smart on the part of these two ladies, but then, they were here to make serious money and they did not have a monkey on their back (addictions) making them do stupid things.
In my dream world, all escorts would adopt this business model, along with sending the notifications that no-shows will be blacklisted.

Her performance was very poor and mechanical. CBJ no BBBJ. She just wanted me to hurry up and finish and leave. She smoked during the session. So overall a very bad experience. I would not recommend her to anyone. So I guess with her YMMV is an understatement.

I'm not even hard and she is on top of me trying to get him in. She complained telling me this never happens to her and that most guys nut within 2 minutes. Her ass did look good but she had bruises all over her arms. Too much of a rush job and too many places I couldn't touch or squeeze.
