About 90% of the time if you are not getting what you want at a place well know for the extra service, then its probably something you did wrong. It gets tricky. I've seen some girls act very offended or feign outrage by my idle requests on a first visit, only to dole it all out when I return. Usually pretty early in the massage, the provider will position herself in a way that essentially puts her leg in my hand. Once that happens, I feel confident the session will end well.
