Lots of Chinese and Korean women if they don't get a lot of customers the first day they just leave.
So the Japanese and Latinas that are brought in by all these shops are here to work and they are sort of stuck here. Yes, they can jump ship and go to other shop. But they can't sit at their apartment in flushing and wait for business to pick up or work 2 days a week.
