I think it works one way. If she is a pro very likely she would host.
But if she hosts she is not necessarily a pro at least in my experience.
Also the ones that can host, no small children, roomates or family at home usually would eventually host after a few dates.

But I am very picky as who I meet

If the location is a hotel then you are 100% sure. In general a pro would not like an unpaid M&G.
