What are these UTRs going on vacation for? Seems that they would be avoiding them since they are UTR. Pm me if needed or please post the sites that have the details so I can go see for myself.

Can I get an honest opinion, I had a UTR ask if she could keep the room to use for other dates, which I thought it could be great because her and I can work out a deal that would benefit me, then I started thinking about how my credit card and name are on the room and I got cold feet and did not. I don't know who she is bringing into the room and if they are going to trash it or steal the tv. Even though this is a trusted UTR with no drug or party issues. Can I have your opinion?

I had this come up once years back. When she asked, I offered to give her money for the room and she could keep it after since it was all the same to me. She declined the offer and said something about the front desk knowing her too well. (about then, I decided to be certain to check out of the room when I left).

You have no idea what could happen and you get sucked into and issues. A big NO.
The risks far outweigh the gains.
Pros: you could possibly work out a deal for future encounters.
Cons: via your credit card, you are tied to that room. If there's theft, larceny, rape or even murder. You are the number 1 person of interest.
DON'T EVER DO THIS EVEN IF YOU KNOW THE PROVIDER VERY WELL. THERE ARE OTHER PLAYERS INVOLVED YOU DON'T KNOW.
Happy mongering and be safe and smart out there.

Can I have your opinion?
I have reserved rooms under my name for 2 girls who I trusted 100 percent. Leah who passed away 5 years ago and Nikkole. Leah was an occasional roommate so I knew her very well. And Nikkole, well everyone who knows her, knows she is trustworthy and honest. Plus Nikkole and I became very good friends while she was in the hobby which is still true today. Actually saw Nikkole last Saturday (not hobby related) as a family member of hers was celebrating a birthday. But I didn't reserve the rooms for either girl for " a deal " or to benefit me. I did it to HELP out a friend. And in Nikkole's case I found cheaper rooms than she did for that particular week. I read some of your posts and I am guessing you are talking about Vino's Summer or Molly. One you just met and Molly just got out of jail. You made the right decision imo.
I concur that it's NEVER a good idea to leave a provider with a room in your name. Too many risks as was said.
I once had a provider that was able to somehow convince a somewhat upscale hotel to give her access to the room we shared after I left town. One of the staff had seen us together walking through the lobby and thought it was OK. The girl invited over some local thugs where they stayed that night, hosted some mongers, added an additional day to the room for a second night and rang up over a Cleveland (on the thousand dollar bill) worth of Newports, Food and Liquor in room service to the room before the hotel decided to call me and confirm the charges. I told them I had left the city the day before and didn't give anyone permission to use the room after I left and didn't know why they'd give key to my room to anyone without my permission. I suggested that they call the police.
They apologized and removed all the charges.

The will have questions for you. Embarrassing at the least, possible criminal charges at worst. Not worth it.
RBD out.
This is the key point. Think at at a minimum for cleaning charges due to smoking to something insane like a fire. Give the girl the cash to pay for the room under her name. If you want something long term, you may want to have her book a AirBnB or apartment under her name and then make the payment for it.

Hi, I'm traveling Florida for a bit, I'll be visiting Orlando soon. Just thought I would add to this topic.
I dunno about FL, but up in Georgia there is a law that punishes one for "operating or providing a house of prostitution", meaning if you own, rent or control a property (they even count vehicles in this), and prostitution occurs on that property, you can be punished for it.
In other words, if you get the room for your date, and the provider uses it for other clients and gets pinched, you can be on the hook, as well.
That's not counting all the other things that others have brought up: drug use, overdose, assault, rape, murder, damage to the room, etc. These things do happen, more than we tend to realize. I was staying at a very popular incall hotel while in South Carolina on a work assignment. There were at least a half dozen providers staying there. Assault was pretty common. One gal and her client shared some H and the client had an overdose in her room. All of them were users, and used in their rooms.
Lot's can go wrong, and like others have said, you'll be the first person the cops come to talk to if it does.
And while you may trust and know the provider, you can't say that about her clients. You have no idea who she's seeing or what sort of stupidity they'll get into.
Drugs and theft are common.
I will echo Trolling's comments, although I know nothing specifically about anyone under discussion. Some of our lady friends also make bad mistakes to compound the charges. For example, they don't show up for court dates. Or they already have charges or are on probation. Then the cops starting looking for more on top of some minor charge. If you didn't know, there are many traffic infractions that the officer lets most people off but can choose to arrest you. VOP is another common charge. So is DWLS.
The intent is likely to build up charges on a hardened viable criminal since they are all made out to be victims these days. It is not supposed to be to put our female friends out of circulation!

Never thought about that angle; not sure if same laws apply here in Florida but I no intentions of experimenting and finding out.
