Area with 7 short side streets and 1 Traffic light, and he fancies himself to be the expert in all aspects of Mongering, especially when he has stated on more than one occasion $120 is his normal high, and $150 his absolute maximum for a session.

Unfortunately for Society, Mattis has no skills.
