For me is super worth it.

But it depends, if one likes short and / or unfrequent meetings, and a lot of variety then its not for one.

It has never been clear to me how they can ensure more matches if you upgrade, other than I guess come on top of searches and to display your profile on the home page.

In my experience very rarely something develops passively, they do not reach to you, one needs to be proactive and reach.
