I saw candy no pain no gain again, been almost two years. Not sure if my memory failed me or it's an older and thicker replacement but she was not like I remembered. The secret is to have some self respect about yourself and your money. If a provider doesn't provide what I consider minimal access, then I get up and walk and never return. The providers know the job they are in and what that requires. Access to BJ and FS of course vary by the individual and are totally optional. For those that are interested or would like to chime in, below are my picks:

1). Linda at Angel Fairfax is my 10/10. I knew her when she was Sissy at King Spa back in early 2019. You kind of have to feel around (pun intended) and set your own rules and expectations because there's no moderation in this business both to its success and simultaneously it's detriment. What worked for me however, was that before I even ventured to my first AMP, I uncovered this website first and spent a good amount of my free time going through post after post and what the seniors call RTTF (reading through the forum) this helped me get a basic idea of what to expect at my visit and how much I should pay. But it didn't stop me from awkwardly tipping the MMS $10 as she was leading me out the door like some kind of Maitre 'D (it was awkward and thankfully I only ever made that mistake once) though some seniors even pointed out that back in the old days this kind of behavior was normal and sometimes even got you a better selection of ladies.

YMMV: your mileage may vary. The golden rule of mongering. The ladies aren't robots. Sure, some may have the personalities of one and streamline their services the same way to all men but most of the time Johnny Six-pack who dances his way into the AMP wearing his Corneliani and rolls a nat 20 on charisma is going to get better service for his dollar than 400 Pound Andy who shows up in sweatpants smelling like cigarettes and Doritos. It's a hyperbole sure but you need to course correct your expectations. The minimum is standard NOVA. Research. Some places are legit. I don't know of any legit places that have table showers. Legit places have few reviews on Rubmaps.

Manners! Be clean. Even if you're taking the TS option. Mop up a bit if you can't come straight from the shower. Plus points for being trimmed or shaved. You want your new friend to get her nose in there.

I don't do BBFS and lube + hat = reduced sensation, and in any case there's a get-it-done factor with penetration. Some places push FS rather than just offering it, and I find that a turn-off. My impression is that LEO has not been busting parlors since the pandemic and higher service levels are easier to come by.

A lot of the AMPs get their MTs from should I say a "larger" network. Years ago when I was still into outcall dreaming, the number that called me back was a Mamasan in NYC and she proceeded to tell me to say my type and she would deliver. Also when my fav MT at the time came over, a car and driver waited for her. Very few are truly 100% independent and with the madness that exists, it only makes sense they be safe out there. It took me awhile to figure out the deal but now with an estimated 700-750 massages from places like massage envy to FS AMPs and independent providers to my credit I know what my expectations are going in and only take $ the max I'm willing to pay with me. Sometimes I get what I desire and sometimes not and on those occasions I leave with some of the $ I brought. Yes, I have occasionally over tipped and recently I left Thai Lucy without eve a HJ because I refused to tip her another $40 above her $120 rate just to get a HJ after her very inconsistent massage. Yes, it's important to respect your hard earned funds but also respect the ladies. No matter their age or looks or skills some have limits and they need to be respected also. Then tip appropriately. I don't think I ever just got up and left just because a provider had limits. And never return? I might give the place some time before I return to see if there has been turnover in staff.
