If I use the rating scale that the oThER site uses, I would give Jen a 2 for looks and a 4 for service. One of the lowest scores I've ever given, just a little above scammer and no shows! Agree with this assessment. I had a rushed experience, but what else can you expect from STG? I'm pretty sure that some of the reviewers use a very different yardstick.
