I am assuming your use of terms like "bucket list", "escort", and "worth it" mean is the experience worth it. --The further you are from Vegas, the better. Both Sherry's Ranch and the Chicken Ranch demand the highest prices. The brothels in the desert and near Tahoe offer better prices.
