Just based on a couple of notes I feel like I need to point out that Caitlin is not very prompt to texts unless she's in need of cash for her next fix or rent. If she texts you, she's almost certainly texted several others, so the first to respond and get to her will likely be the lucky one out of many.

She seems like a nice girl and I haven't been able to tell what she uses for a fix but I figure it has to be something. When I saw her the other day she said "we've gone to long without seeing each other". I wanted to say "it's because you are so bad at responding to texts".
