When I see what I perceive as a questionable attitude in their expressions I don't even consider them. I for one don't have time for the BS.

If they (escorts) want any level of success, they should be somewhat biz-minded about how they go about this escort bz or whatever one wishes to call it. Take, for example, Maliya, she certainly ran her services like a biz and she ran it so well, she was able to switch her biz over to seeing regulars only. Most of these girls can't do this because they run or provide such Shetty services. So, they can either continue to run their biz in the Shetty manner they do or they can adopt some biz practices that are very basic and establish a better client base. As I mentioned, I know this is asking for too much but hey, a man can dream a little. Some of us might not view what these girls do like a biz but trust me, it is. Look at some parts of the country that offers prostitution LEGALLY and they also pay taxes and provide health insurance to these ladies. What defines a biz? One provides a certain service and another one pays for that service- very basic.
Believe it or not, these girls get more calls than most of us realize. My understanding is these girls can get more than 30-40 or more calls a day. As I've always said, they don't have to see this many people but even if they just saw 3-4 people out of the 30-40 calls and charging $70-80 for 15-30 minute sessions, they can still do well; I mean, $50,000 plus well and mostly tax free. Anyway, the issue will never be fixed! My point about guys double booking is that, although not necessarily right (as far as when we don't call to cancel the appointment with provider we decided not to see), sometimes it's quite necessary because providers will flake on you for whatever reason in a New York minute. It's not that you're not honoring your apt with said provider but how many times have you read about guys driving all the way across town to see a provider and then she just stops responding? Many and can be very common. So in this regard, double/triple booking is appropriate. But providers double booking is a sure way for them to ruin their biz, IMHO.
In essence, we (clients) are double or even setting up 3 dates because a lady might stop answering her phone, keep you waiting forever, or even flake on you perhaps because she thinks you're LEO and these are different reasons from why these girls do it to a degree. They (ladies) say it is because guys are not keeping appointments as I am sure many call them not intending to setup appts anyway. I guess we'll all just keep pointing fingers at each other and the problem will persist. It is what it is!
