That photo has been around for a long time and never shows her face. It was even part of an ad where comments all stated the actual girl was black and didn't want to show her face for obvious reasons. I've also seen the same photos in numerous ads of different providers. Therefore, it could very well be stolen and used often by scammers and other providers. Without a displayed face and / or distinguishing body marks, it's a crap shoot who'll be at the door.
