That's actually a fairly common fantasy. I recall reading Penthouse Forum in the 1980's. Every other entry was a story about a guy sharing his wife / gf with another guy.

But, I do think that the referenced profile is a misrepresentation. Here's what caught my attention:

I am leaning more toward this being a scam where you agree to the amount then they ask for 10% as a deposit. The profile pictures all seem posed, glamour shots and filtered. I usually have a very high probability of finding them on the internet. I came up totally empty-handed on these.

She never mentions a sex act, but does say she will literally do anything you want.
