Not only because popo try to clean up the St Pete street. It is also because the unemployment rate drop to 4. 9% in St Pete and many of the SW found jobs to work. I have two regular service providers found a job and only do part time to serve me now. Also I have established a very close, trustable and mutual benefited mongers circle whom we help each other and exchange digits.
You got to have a plan to meet your own need when the business in St Pete red light zone goes down hill.

That they want a half half something with $40 on the phone on the way I drop them back to their candy shop. I thought that was the reason that most SW want 40 gift rose for FS. It amazes me that the pharmacist network is on most streets in Florida cities.
