I live in the area, have seen that add a few times, and have actually looked around to see if I could find something that would resemble a place like that with no luck. The area can be nice for a few blocks then get really sketchy for a few also. Sounded a little suspicious to me also, especially with car service offered.

Hard to say. It's probably been two years plus since I last saw her. She was on Columbus then in a rough looking apt and doing out-call only because she said she was taking care of a family member.
