Is she the same Irish lady that Garthy had reported about sometime last month?
I believe so. Doubt anyone going to be seeing her for a while. Looked her up on ct court website. Besides the felony tampering with evidence (seems kind of a stretch given the true intent of the law), seems she didn't show up for court so had failure to appear and probation violations added on as felonies, with very large bail, something like 50k.Must have po'd the wrong person, that's for sure.
Its the FTA. Thats like pissing on the judge's gavel. She's screwed now. No doubt.
Couple of ads, wondering if anyone has seen these women. First one is ad been in there forever-yes sexy, yes classy..green eyed blonde etc 3507 last 4 digits. Had appt with her long time ago but no show for some reason, and never tried again due to location and her hours. Seemed nice etc, but before try again figure somebody out there must have seen her. Second one has been around a couple of months with same ad, erica 7322 mature seductive etc. Again, sounded nice but timing not right. If anyone has comments on either of these, pls post or if you don't want to do so pls pm me.

Just looking for advice here. I generally don't try to negotiate providers down on the phone, both due to my lack of skills at bargaining as well as perception that even if successful I'm just gonna end up getting a girl giving less service or an attitude, etc. I'm seen from board that some guys seem to do this successfully. Would appreciate any tips on how they do this or phrase the request, as well as whether it does effect the session. I've found that the couple of times I ask if room to go lower all I get is a laugh or a refusal. Appreciate any comments or discussion from members with experience in this area.
Thanks

My standards for spending are relatively low compared to the CL shoppers but they still work out the same. You have to set your limits and rules and stick to them. If you are reasonable with the amounts and do not waver, eventually you will shape your environment instead of it shaping you...
The perfect rule is like going shopping for a car. Be willing to walk away no matter how much you want it. If you get the impression that she is going to cheat you on the time or service then she definitely will. The second best way is the way I used to get dates in high school. Ask 100 women to go out. If only 5 percent say yes, WAHO!!!!!! Always remember the worst thing a provider could say to you is no. One more thought...
Another way is to get off your lazy ass, and get a second full time job. There are 24 hours in a day you know. Myself, I only put in a half day's work (12 hours) but most aren't even willing to do that. Imagine what you could do with an additional 600-1000 a week.

Hi All,
I'm new to the area, and looking for some takeout from any of the local clubs. Any recommendations, please send PM. I'd be very grateful for some local insight !
Thanks
Newct Man...you can't miss at ANY club these days. I say that with complete certainty. The economy is a monger's delite.
For the one seeking advice on negotiating...
I have to say this, and it differs from my brother Steele, who's parlay skillz I've not seen matched in many years at this game.
If you are looking to negotiate, you really have to know the quantities you are dealing with and their circumstances. If you are dealing with P4P providers that are sourced, you have little -initially- to bargain with. They have their costs, etc. Bills do have to be paid. But some, especially middle tier, moderately successful will sometimes parlay for exchanges. I've seen it all from tutoring, to discounts at stores, to free spa treatments, rooms, etc. Once you've built a bridge with one, its easier to negotiate a better deal for you.
As for talking them down from the phone...from the start...its tough. Very tough. You have to be willing to here quite a few no, no no, and HELL NO on the phone. If you can handle it...go for it. It makes the rest of us who don't try to negotiate look better.
If you are in the pinch, see if she has a 1/2 hour special, or early bird special. I've negotiated things down by paying for their rooms upfront for them to use for the day. I eat a small cost that is a headache for them...and it gets their biggest incall "shop" bill off of their minds.
But I can't stress enough...you have to build rep with them. No one, and I mean no one likes to feel shirked for hard worked money they earned. If you can keep them from equating self-worth with donations, it helps. But mostly...they all wrap themselves in it very, very deeply.
Like many of the fine members here I have a certain interest in economy, or, Yankee thrift, you might say.
I have an optimistic hope that there are very reasonably priced accomodations along the Berlin Turnpike that meet or exceed all minimum standards for a place where your skin is likely to come in contact with the sheets.
Today I drove the pike from Hartford to Meriden and frankly, I was a bit overwhelmed. A very careful count revealed that there are no less than one bagillion motels on this stretch of roadway. There should be a guide.
Searching here I found vague information about the existence of Sierra and Grantmoor. Not exactly reviews or information, but that they exist as perhaps an implicit endorsement?
I know there is a ton of wisdom to be found on this board and I'm hoping folks will share. How expensive? How clean? How scary?
And- as if I'm not asking too much already considering I'm sharing nothing in this post- What exactly is the short stay protocol? "Hi there, need a room for just a few- won't be staying the night, wink wink.?"
This I will offer- worth every penny you put into this site: When I do have some information and have made use of it, I will then post my review as well.
Think of the fun rating scales you might come up with!
Thanks in advance for your imminent outpouring of knowledge.

When you want a short stay, just say so.
Don't have lots of experience with many places on the Pike, but for what it is worth:
Decent clean places: USA and 5th Avenue.
Not as clean but okay most of the time: Flamingo.
Not clean, not okay: Carrier.

Flamingo on the Berlin Pike is okay
Flamingo in N Hartford is NOT OKAY!!!!
I have only used one, It was at the North End of the Berlin turnpike. $30 for two hours and you have to leave your license as a deposit I don't think the desk clerk cared what I did.

It's been a while, but the Flamingo on the western end used to be decent. It was clean, and off the road.
Nearby but across the street was I think....the "welcome Inn" or something.
it was also ok at the time.
I'll never forget the time we fell asleep after exhausting ourselves and luckily were awakened by the desk clerk knocking on the door telling us our time was up....well.....WAY up. Oh man,...that coulda been bad
