Based on that, I decide if it is worth investing in a first FC. Depending on how that goes, I decide whether she is worth adding to a regular rotation. I am only looking for women who are worth a long term arrangement. If she is a pro, she is not going to make the cut.
It sounds like we are looking for different things. However, if you are searching in the sugar bowl for a pro experience, you can find it and 300/ ppm is not an outrageous price point. Go see her and report back.

Then she said she could do 350, but then I stuck with 300 which she ended up agreeing to, but she can't host. I decided to go with other options, but super pro vibe and a bad communicator since that first interaction.

The reason you shouldn't worry about it is because there isn't going to be any.
