It's pretty safe until 830 pm. (Too hot to be out right now LOL) and even after that it's not that bad since I don't think any of the surrounding clubs are operating. Just be smart and don't cruise down any side streets (If you get unlucky and meet a cop at the roundabout take the exit before Tokyo and head down that road until you get to the gas station at the far end, pull into it and turn around to head back, the cops don't generally care and they know what goes on there but I find it better safe than sorry). Depending on where you are starting from you can cruise pretty much right up to the parlors.
If coming from Millstadt the road goes right before the turn from the Cahokia side, in my opinion, this is the "safest" way.
If coming from Belleville go around the Lady of the Snow's shrine, it empties you out right there without having to pass through anywhere "shady".
The third safest is to hop off the highway by Cahokia and go in, you'll pass a lot of car lots that provide good lighting to see what's around. (Plus on your way back you can get some White Castle!
I use the third way most often since it's quicker for me to shoot up the highway and exit off through Cahokia, but I also never go later than like, 7 pm.

I did a report noting the massage was very therapeutic, they do a good massage. During subsequent visits and becoming known, it was upped over the clothes ass touch with the one older lady along with DIY. After I did the report every time I visited, it became busier and busier. Any word yet on the new PLM girls, Audra and Alexis? I figured I'd have seen a report by now but maybe I missed it.
