An email address and no phone number is almost always a scam. Also the ones that have prices are like 10 dollars for 10 minutes 40 dollars per hour, stuff that's obviously not going to happen and does not reflect the market.

There have been a ton of fake scam ads lately that look like they were all written by the same scammers. If there is an email address in the body of the ad it's almost always fake.
here's a perfect example of a fake, SCAM AD. look at the English, that's not how we speak or write. Even the less educated ladies who are legitimate still type the way they talk even if there are errors you can tell they speak English.
