I was introduced to the area earlier in the Summer, (before crackdown), and it was a virtual wonderland.

Was there at 11:30 to about 12. Track usually gets busy at 1 AM and best days are Fri Sat and little less Sun. Saw zero LEO and saw only 3 girls in 7-11. Back street was empty.
