If that is the place he meant it's condo / large apartment complex with decent interiors. The ads come up and the number changes every so often. LE is not pressured to shit them down. Think of Angels and many others that have been operating out in the open forever. Mostly HJ only some with added menu, so long as they stay within certain boundaries there are no issues.
