But without definitive proof that someone caught this from a particular MP, don't mention any establishment.

Although, it's definitely not as risky as BBFS.

Anyways, to answer your question, getting an std from RECEIVING oral, is relatively very low. If you do get anything from it, its normally not anything very serious either.
I think getting an STD from a girl in the trades is a lot higher risk to get an STD.
