It's just one person working at a time, so if you come in while she's with someone, she can't take you in, so she recommends that you setup an appointment. It sucks for all b / c if you happen to be the client she's with, your session will get interrupted every time someone walks in. Also, it keeps her on edge, so she's never truly comfortable, so she might not fully undress, or might ask you to not hit it hard and make noise, . If possible, stick to AMPs run by mamasans instead.
