From everything I've observed over the years, the safest arrangement with respect to avoiding Uncle is to host an outcall provider at your own place. Since LE needs a high degree of control in order to maintain safety, they're unlikely to send someone into an uncontrolled environment. But outcall, unfortunately, creates a different set of risks (which have been discussed and debated at length in this forum) and is especially not a good idea if you've never seen the provider before.

So the next safest option is to do enough homework to ensure you're dealing with a provider who is real and hopefully has some reviews out there. Nothing is 100% guaranteed in the hobby but that arrangement offers the best risk / reward ratio, IMHO.

With respect to the many who may disagree -- There are high quality experiences in NoVA.

In the past month, I've had great experiences already reported on several boards (and a couple of average / blah experiences) - but today, today I experienced a joyous hour with an ATF.

FWIW, the tipping issue that I mentioned in my earlier post was [B]only[/B] with regard to Mimi. You will be almost certain to receive the [U]full hour's time[/U] for your house fee at Care Therapy, and you will generally receive above average (and even excellent) service by NoVa standards.
